Booking a Private/Custom Tour with Us is as Easy as 1, 2, 3…

We want to make your trip planning as easy as possible, which is why we’ve designed an equally easy booking process.  Just follow these steps:

1. Tell Us About Your Perfect Vacation: Fill out the contact form below with as much information in the “message” section as you can — the more info you provide the quicker we can customize your trip.
2. Review Your Custom Itinerary and Price Quote: We will contact you either by phone or email to answer any questions or to get clarification on your trip details. Then, we will send you a price quote and customized itinerary. We will work with you to design YOUR perfect vacation.  Once you are completely satisfied…
3. Pay Your Deposit:   When you are completely satisfied with your trip, we’ll send you a link to your custom trip on our online booking platform.  Just follow that link to make your official reservation and pay your deposit (30% of trip cost).  If you prefer to make your reservation “offline”, that is no problem — just let us know!
